Program Description

Muay Thai is known as the “Art of Eight Limbs” for a reason—it teaches you to strike with fists, elbows, knees, and shins with precision, power, and composure. Our program combines traditional Thai technique with modern fight application to help you become a complete striker.

You’ll learn to move with balance, attack with purpose, and dominate in the clinch. Every class is designed to sharpen your skills while building serious endurance, mental grit, and fight IQ.

Some classes include sparring, but it’s always optional. Whether you’re here to fight or just want to train like one, you’ll grow at your own pace in a respectful, hard-working environment.

What You’ll Learn


– Technical striking with punches, kicks, elbows, and knees
