Our Teens MMA Program gives 13–17 year olds a structured path to build confidence, strength, and real MMA skill. Students train in boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu—the same disciplines we teach adults—but in an environment tailored to teens who want to grow, push themselves, and be part of something real.
The program is divided into three levels:
Level 1 – Foundations: Focus on movement, mindset, and technical basics
Level 2 – Development: Students start sparring, refine their skills, and may be invited to train in select adult classes
Level 3 – Performance: Our highest level. Students may be invited to train alongside amateur and pro fighters
Each tier follows its own structured curriculum, with clear goals and milestones to keep teens progressing with purpose and direction.
